Let's Talk!

Have any of you tried any of these new recipes? If so, which ones? What did you like? What didn't you like? What did you change, if anything?

We tried the crockpot roast beef two nights ago. It was yummy and oh so easy. Next time, I might use the McCormick Roast Beef Bag and Season spices instead of the aujus packet though. I just thought it was a little bland.

Tonight we had the Pampered Chef Reuben Ring. This is one that I posted, and we've had it before. It's still good! :) THe only thing I did differently this time was that I chopped up the sauerkraut and corned beef in the food processor.

Comments:
We tried the Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie recipe on Wednesday. It was good - I think the veggies really needed to be thawed out a bit more. My husband actually did it all - so if he can do it, anybody can!

I would recommend - it was fast and easy, and tasted pretty darn good too!

We tried Claire's Crock-pot BBQ Chicken. It was really good. I omitted the tabasco because my kids don't like spicy hot things. I put the bottle of tabasco in front of hubby because he is really the one who likes that stuff. It still had some kick without the tabasco, but everyone liked it. I especially liked that it could cook in 3 hours because that is the perfect amount of time from nap to dinner. It will definitly be on my repeat list.

We had the easy beef stroganof. It was really good, but it was pretty easy to make. We put the sauce on top of rice, instead of putting it on pasta.
