Review: Chicken Broccoli Braid
OK, this review is about a month late, but here it is anyways!
Chicken Broccoli Braid
The braiding directions were easy to follow - at least, I think I did it right! It worked, and that's all that matters. Here are two pictures (before and after; I don't have a baking stone):

My husband thought that it definitely needed some cheese - perhaps a cream cheese would work.
All in all, it was good, but I might try it with some cream cheese next time.

Great job...the braid looked really pretty. The original Pampered Chef recipe calls for a block worth of grated cheese in there, which definitely adds to it. And the baking stone definitely helps too (but, being a consultant, I have to say that...although I do love baking with stones). ;)
Beautiful braid! I've never seen a first-time braid look that good! ;)
Did you use the 1/2 cup mayo and the 1 cup of shredded cheese in it? That usually makes it pretty moist! Sometimes almost TOO moist, I've found!

ohmy... I just looked at the recipe I posted and noticed I left the cheese out of it. :\ I'm so embarassed! THAT would be the problem... LOL..
Oh sure! At least I have an excuse...
Thanks for the compliments on my braiding abilities - it actually wasn't that hard!
