Tired.
Just plain tired. Counting down the days.
In other news, I found baby announcements I like. (and at a reasonable price. Sheesh, have you SEEN some of the prices on that stuff?!) Anyway, I was going to make them myself this time, seeing as how I am more than capable of doing so. But then I thought... truly, when will I have the time to design, assemble and send out birth announcements while recovering from birth and with a newborn and a 3-year-old in the house? I'm even going to have the envelopes sent here early so I can stamp and address them in advance. No, I'm not crazy and over-prepared, I'm just realistic.
Did I mention I'm tired? (yawn) Benjamin is not very forgiving of "mommy is tired".

Me, too. Luckily Laney was willing to lay in bed this morning for an hour watching TV before she demanded French Toast.
I woke up with a wonderful cold/sinus infection and crashed the moment Laney did this afternoon. Daddy was nice enough to come home tonight and take her out for a "date" so I could rest. I love that man!

The price of baby announcements is ridiculous! Where did you find yours (if you want to share)? I keep finding ones I like, but then forgetting the site I find them on...
I told LB today "Mommy wants to wake up slow, ok?" to which she screamed, "I'm hungry!" for ten minutes in my face before I gave up and made pancakes.
